Welcome to Falako. These terms govern your use of the Falako website and of all Falako apps and games (currently DragonLingo), and any additional products we release in the future (together, the "Services"). A specific app or game may present additional, product-specific rules in-product (for example around competitive play, virtual items, or subscriptions); those apply together with these terms, and if they conflict, the product-specific rules govern for that product. By using the Services, you agree to these terms.
Your progress and any content you create remain yours. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and display it back to you so the Services can function.
The Services (including software, text, characters, artwork, gameplay, the Falako name and logo, product names such as DragonLingo, and design) are owned by Falako or its licensors and are protected by law. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial enjoyment and learning; you may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer them except where permitted by law.
Some products may offer purchases, subscriptions, or virtual items and in-game currency (for example gems or boosts). Virtual items have no real-world monetary value, are licensed to you for use within the product rather than owned, and are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Payments are handled by the app store you downloaded the product from (Google Play or Apple); their terms and refund policies apply to those transactions. We may change the price or availability of items and features over time.
We work to keep the Services running well but provide them "as is," without warranties. We may add, change, or discontinue products or features, and we may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
To the extent permitted by law, Falako is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
You may stop using the Services at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated.
